Old Gate Tower
In this colorized black and white postcard a CB&Q passenger train makes its stop in Mendota. The photo was taken from the old south gate tower which once stood next to Sixth Street. Recently, the Union Depot Railroad Museum volunteers built an actual size replica gate tower.
