Taken in 1994 at Council Bluffs, Iowa. When the Chicago Central bought the IC line from Chicago to Council Bluffs, you could still find some orange and white locos even as late as the mid 1990s!
In the 1970s one could see plenty of orange and white locomotives along the IC line in Mendota.
